You are whole. You are unbroken.
Our focus is to help you realize that.
Are you ready to start working towards emotional freedom and peace of mind? To finally break the cycle of feeling like you’re not good enough as you are?
If you feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, in your relationships, behaviours, or the way you think and feel about yourself, there is a reason for that.
And you are already worthy.
Together, we can start on the path towards deep and powerful transformation.
At Trauma Warriors™ we provide trauma therapy and trauma-informed support for women healing from attachment trauma, interpersonal trauma, early childhood trauma, early childhood emotional neglect and abuse, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), developmental trauma, nervous system dysregulation, dissociation, and self-destructive coping patterns.
If You’re Ready To Start Healing Trauma…
We want to help you transform your relationship with your true self into one of self-acceptance, self-compassion and self-love.
Trauma Warriors™ is a space for healing, self-development, spiritual and post traumatic growth, specifically for women who have experienced childhood emotional neglect, childhood abuse and childhood trauma (complex PTSD).
As a result of your early experiences, you may find yourself living with anxiety, depression, grief, relational struggles, codependency, burnout, eating concerns, or a deep sense of not being good enough.
You may also notice a dysregulated nervous system, parts of you that feel in conflict or overwhelmed, patterns of dissociation, numbness or disconnection, and a sense of being disconnected from yourself and others.
These are not who you are. They are ways you have learned to cope, survive, and protect yourself.
Through our trauma therapists, podcast, blogs, courses, and resources, we support women to understand their patterns, reconnect with themselves, and begin the process of healing at the levels of the body, feelings, mind, and soul.
About Trauma Warriors™
Trauma Warriors™ was created to offer a deeper, more meaningful approach to healing trauma.
It is both a space for women seeking support and a growing collective of trauma-informed therapists.
Our work is grounded in evidence-based, non-pathologising, holistic, depth, somatic, and soul-centred approaches. We shift the focus away from what’s wrong with you and towards what happened to you, and how trauma continues to live on through the nervous system, the body, your parts, and your patterns.
We believe healing happens through understanding, integration, connection, and meaning making, not through quick fixing or forcing change.
Find a Trauma Therapist
Through the Trauma Warriors™ Therapist Directory, you can connect with trauma-informed trauma therapists who understand the complexity of healing.
Our therapists work with grief, relational concerns, eating issues, burnout, depression, anxiety, and codependency, not as isolated problems, but as expressions of the nervous system trying to cope, protect, and survive.
What can often be labelled as self-destructive is, at its core, self-protective. These patterns may once have helped you manage overwhelming feelings, disconnection, or unmet needs, even if they no longer serve you now.
Each therapist in the directory is aligned with a trauma-informed, non-pathologising approach and works with depth, care, and respect for your individual experience.
Whether you are seeking support for the first time or looking for a therapist who truly understands how to work with trauma, this is a place to begin.
