In this episode, I talk with Tina Rawlings talks about complex trauma, early childhood emotional neglect, disordered eating, psychotherapy, the importance of connection, and how nature, bees and horses help us heal.
Tina is a qualified Psychosynthesis Therapeutic Counsellor and Therapist with over 20 years experience in offering psychotherapeutic interventions. Tina encourages creative methods of self-expression including writing and art making. She gained a BA (Hons) in humanities, through her keen interest in the arts and is particularly drawn to the healing aspects of nature, spirituality and the outdoors in her work. She is a beekeeper and enjoys growing her own food. She likes to work with individuals, couples and groups and has long experience as a Senior manager in Day Treatment Services working with families where there have been addictions and complex needs.
